Why I built this
Choosing the right AI tool is overwhelming. New tools launch every week. Pricing changes without notice. Features that worked last month break or disappear. And most review sites are affiliate-driven fluff that tells you everything is "the best".
URankMyAI is my attempt to fix that. I compare AI tools side by side, I say what I actually found, and I skip the hype.
How I review
Every tool on this site goes through the same process:
- I use it myself on real work, not just the demo video
- I compare it against its direct alternatives on the same tasks
- I document pricing accurately and correct it when it changes
- I note what breaks, what's missing, and who it's actually for
- I revisit reviews when a tool ships a significant update or changes its pricing
Who's behind URankMyAI?
Just me. There is no team, no testing lab and no anonymous "editorial board" — one person who writes every word on this site.

My opinions aren't for sale. If a tool is bad I say it's bad, even when it pays well. If a free tool beats a paid one, I say that too.
